Flowers are in full bloom this summer on my latest Penny Black stamps! Pick both these fresh bouquets to add luscious florals to your creative projects.
“Sweet Perfume” is a large background stamp that has limitless coloring options. I stamped this one on watercolor paper and used transparent watercolor paint to make a soft painting. Pencils, markers, inks, paint and chalks, are a few of the creative mediums you can use to make this your favorite garden design.
Sweet Perfume background stamp would make a beautiful wedding invitation, Mother’s Day, birthday, or any occasion card to encourage, invite, or brighten someone’s day. Background stamps also make wonderful wrapping paper, decoupage (stamped on tissue), scrapbooking, journaling, or other decorative projects.
“Flower Cascade” is a large cling stamp that lends itself perfectly to decorating envelopes and cards. I used white embossing powder to stamp this Kraft paper envelope set, then colored just the largest flower with a pink pencil…quick and elegant!
White embossing powder has a dramatic effect on black paper, cards, and envelopes too. As you can imagine, these stamp designs are like coloring books…fun and relaxing to color.
I stamped this Kraft paper card with white embossing powder and added a hand-painted watercolor painting on top. Notice the gold leaf corners that add a touch of sparkle. Alternatively you can use floral wrapping paper. I like quick, easy cards that have a big impact! I stamped a matching envelope as well.
